Qingjin Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was established in 2024. It is a privately owned enterprise with more than 30 years of experience in plastic machinery manufacturing. It has two doctoral teams and many engineers. Since 2015, it has been focusing on the research and development of RTP/TCP pipeline equipment and has obtained a number of invention patents. Its products have been successfully sold to Shanxi Lubao Group and have been well received.
Prepreg continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite pipe materials, with their ultra-high pressure resistance strength, thin wall, light weight, corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, convenient construction, and completely recyclable characteristics that are unmatched by similar products, are currently the most advantageous and cost-effective products on the market. They are widely used in petroleum, natural gas, hydrogen energy, chemical industry, medicine, heating, water supply and drainage, etc. They are particularly advantageous in high-pressure applications such as high mountains, deep seas, and long-distance transportation, and can also easily solve the problem of old pipe repair using the inner liner drag pipe method.

The pipes produced by Qingjin Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.'s series of RTP/TCP pipe extrusion production equipment use a continuous extrusion method to continuously produce HDPE pipes for the inner layer. The intermediate fiberglass reinforced layer (carbon fiber, aramid fiber, basalt fiber can also be used) is produced by a multi-layer cross-online winding method, and then the outer layer is continuously extruded on the outside using a continuous extrusion method. The product can be customized to the required length (6M, 9M, 12M), or it can be continuously produced to the desired length without stopping. Due to its compact structure and small size, it is especially suitable for use as mobile equipment for on-site production. Small-diameter pipes (within ¢150) can achieve dual-station online continuous winding, realizing truly continuous production.
