Qingjin Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was established in 2024. It is a privately owned enterprise with more than 30 years of experience in plastic machinery manufacturing. It has two doctoral teams and many engineers. Since 2015, it has been focusing on the research and development of RTP/TCP pipeline equipment and has obtained a number of invention patents. Its products have been successfully sold to Shanxi Lubao Group and have been well received.

● The outer layer composite heating oven adopts a unique box body rotation technology, making the temperature around the pipe 360 degrees consistent, ensuring the quality of the formed pipe.

● The pipe cutting machine adopts chip-free cutting technology, which is not only silent and chip-free, but also makes the port smooth and beautiful.

The pipes produced by Qingjin Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.'s series of RTP/TCP pipe extrusion production equipment use a continuous extrusion method to continuously produce HDPE pipes for the inner layer. The intermediate fiberglass reinforced layer (carbon fiber, aramid fiber, basalt fiber can also be used) is produced by a multi-layer cross-online winding method, and then the outer layer is continuously extruded on the outside using a continuous extrusion method. The product can be customized to the required length (6M, 9M, 12M), or it can be continuously produced to the desired length without stopping. Due to its compact structure and small size, it is especially suitable for use as mobile equipment for on-site production. Small-diameter pipes (within ￠150) can achieve dual-station online continuous winding, realizing truly continuous production.
